    The manager Corey is great! Always on top of things and is very pleasant to talk with. Some of the neighbors in this park are disgusting messy slobs.

    Thank you for your review. I am so glad to have residents like you here at Quail Ridge! As far as the neighbor issues, these have and will continue to be addressed with our violation and legal notices until they are solved. For the most part, issues such as these are solved relatively quickly and are few and far between. We strive to maintain a beautiful, well-kept, and clean community that we are all proud to call home.
