Mary came from California and I showed her property. Mary was late for every appointment from half hour to 1 hour and in a hurry. Once she returned to California, it was difficult to work with her as she would not return calls. I would call and call, finally tried email and got some response. I would ask if she had questions, and always said no. It has been a month and she has still not had anyone pick up keys. Mary just would not communicate.
