After waiting several months, it is apparent that Mrs. King is not going to delete her inaccurate review. First of all, I AM only “after a sale” which sellers should find as a positive attribute instead of a negative. My motto is “I don’t want to just list your property, I want to SELL your property” so I guess she did get that part correct. Using my approximate 18 years of real estate experience, I do give the seller my honest advice on what they should do in a certain situation. As the seller’s representative, that is part of what I’m paid to do, especially with first time sellers. To agree to something takes signatures and initials from the seller which were correctly obtained. Without getting into confidential details, the settlement did take longer than expected because it was complex. Trying to schedule with multiple attorneys and settlement companies in different states can be complicated, especially around the holidays. The closing occurred and Mrs. King was paid. I hope that in the future, the world will revolve on this young lady’s schedule and life won’t be quite so stressful for her. Ashley C. Primm Owner/Broker
