I know it's been a year and your recollection of events might be hard after such a long time but your home received 2 great offers on day 32 on the market. I know in the past your homes sold immediately but unfortunately homes in an HOA are not always high demand. Having only 2 bedrooms on the main floor also hindered the desirability. Our CRM tracks calls, texts and emails. I'm happy to send your actual communication and the number of open houses you had. I'm glad you've had the opportunity to move and hope you find happiness where you are!
