As a company, we pride ourselves on punctuality, the good relationships we have with our tenants and the way we maintain our properties. The tenant you are referring to was happy to show the unit, has lived with us for several years and is extremely pleased with our building, service and relationship. Respectfully, it is our understanding that your dissatisfaction devolved into the use of foul language directed at the property manager and in front of the tenant you expressed concern for. Like any business we have guidelines that we work within to provide living spaces to all candidates that qualify. We wish you the best in finding an apartment that fits what you are looking for.
