In response, buyer was pre-approved and the information this seller wanted on a daily was not available for her, as I was working the contract not the lending part of this deal. To be able to complain after having house withdrawn from market when another agent was not able to sell it after 6 months. Contract date was 11/7/14 and closing date was 12/18/14, not bad for the delays she claims! Seller's complaints came outside of my job descriptions, I do not relay buyers confidential information at any point! If a seller can complain about closing on the selling of their home in 34 business days and 48 total days, including Holiday and weekends then nothing would have been good enough for them! Any other client would call that impressive!! According to this client she wants to prevent others from having me assist them in selling their house faster then they were ready for! WOW!!
