Pathway is proud of the work we do and the referrals and repeat customers we’ve generated over the years. But Mr Kriticos’ review is no more a surprise than it is a validation of his dishonesty and malice, and not worthy of a response. In short, they were deceitful and not to be trusted, and lacked character to talk face-to-face as adults. Very shady. Near the end, I’d made numerous attempts to reach Mr/Mrs Kriticos to coordinate access to house to complete our work. All attempts ignored even when obvious someone was home. After several weeks of trying to get a response so we could: (1)complete the work, OR (2)settle up on the $6k owed for completed work and part ways, I calmly went to house again only to be threatened with a gun and told to get off property. Shaken and in disbelief, I complied. Until this review, I’ve not had any response from him. It’s disturbing the example being set for this family, and that one’s manhood is being defined by his weapon and not his character.
