This was 9 years ago and at that time my mother was dying. I was back and forth to Macon, Ga. and was out of town when a broker from another firm showed the house and did not secure the door when she left. I was unaware until contacted by Mr. Smith and honestly don't remember the raccoon issue. I know I apologized and regret that this is still an issue with Mr. Smith. I did sell him another house after this one closed (I brought the buyer also) so I don't understand this review. I have been a broker-in-charge for 17 years and our firm operates with honesty and integrity and you can see from my other reviews that we work hard on behalf of our clients. I wish that Mr. Smith had come to me first before he felt the need to post this after 9 years. I have tried repeatedly to contact him and get no response. I will apologize again and regret I wasn't in town to check the door another broker didn't close correctly.
