Although this is a late reply, I want to take a moment to thank you for the great review. You are absolutely correct about the intimidating feeling first-time buyers have. I so fully understand cuz I was once one. And, it happened again when I was purchasing my third home with our move to NH 39 years ago when interest rates were about 15%!!
