?Jennifer / Joe, it was certainly a pleasure to help you find this lovely condo (with a balcony view of the bay) in the heart of Little Italy. I enjoyed the entire process, from starting the search out in La Jolla Village to changing the target area to Downtown San Diego. I'm happy to have researched and recommended GVK HVAC, who discovered the need for full HVAC replacement as a result of the leak discovered during inspection. Although the negotiations took time, I'm glad a settlement was reached which both parties could agree on. I hope the door handle I was able to source and procure (after being told it was not repairable) fit ?the existing microwave. I look forward to assisting you with future needs in and around San Diego.
