    We have found that Phillip is sometimes not trust worthy . He won't show properties that aren't listed by other real estate firms and he can be very pushy. Really won't listen to customer and seems to Not show you the kind of properties you want to ...

    A negative comment provides opportunities for improvement or clarification of what drives the success of individuals or companies. This 2013 comment (from an unknown source) is directed toward Phillip Orr (the owner of two offices that cooperate fully with other firms) who has consistently closed transactions with others for 35 years; therefore, anyone that knows real estate knows that (on average) 65% or more of the business of an agent like Phillip Orr is derived from repeat customers and referrals of those that appreciate and trust their agent.
