    I would never recommend anyone else. A) They make it super convenient to pay rent online. B) When appliances go out, like they normally do, we get same day fixes, unless WE weren't available...then it would be next day.

    I was recently told the facts about property mgmt from PMI where I never understood the difference until now. They took the time to give me the facts and at my age there is no other way I would want to rent, lease or buy a home other than with PMI.

    PMI / Jason Moyes has been incredible to work with. If we have ever had a problem or a maintenance issue they have been very prompt on getting it taken care of and than they make sure and do a follow up to make sure it was taken care of properly.
