TN 37215.ResponsivenessPriceWork qualityPunctuality**Please Read if You are Considering Using This Company!** If I could give them 0 stars I would. They were my property management company for 3 years. First off, the contract you have to sign does not give the lessee any rights. I apologize that you feel our lease does not give the lessee any rights, but it is written in accordance to the TN Landlord Tenant Act and is reviewed by the attorney who reviews changes to the TN Landlord Tenant Act. Again, I apologize for this unforeseen and unfortunate situation that happened to all the residents in this subdivision while you were renting a unit there. Though the HOA worked (and is still working) hard to make the situation as livable as possible for all the residents while the needed repairs were done, I am sorry that the showers provided by the HOA and the credit to reduce the rent offered by the homeowner were not sufficient for you. Though the situation was not ideal or convenient, we hoped you would understand that OPM and the homeowner had no control over the situation and there was no negligence by OPM or the homeowner in the situation.

Amanda, I apologize for the negative experience you had with our company. I know moves and searching for a new home can be hard. We are a small office with only 2 leasing agents and things get busy around here at times. But I do apologize that our response time was not up to your expectations. We are more than happy to speak with someone about our current rentals and you are welcome to come into the office. But with all of our available listings being on our website, we have just found it easier (and less time consuming when you take in the drive time to get to our office) to refer callers to our website. Again, we apologize that we were not able to help you in the manner in when you were looking for.

Porshia, I apologize for the negative experience you had during the last month of your lease. As you may or may not know, we do not have control over an owner of a property making the decision to sell their rental property that we manage. I am also sorry that the weather held you up in moving out of your rental. Weather is unpredictable at times here in TN. We strive to make the move-out process as simple and clear as possible in the lease agreement. I apologize that circumstances out of our and your control held you up from moving out of the property. I apologize that we were not able to give you the experience you were looking for.
