When you reached out about the apartment, I received your message regarding the lack of AC and responded shortly after to let you know that an application had already been accepted. Here’s the text exchange for transparency: You on January 14th at 1:29pm: "Hello Olivia disregard the call if it went through the agent was having trouble unlocking the unit but we figured it out. I like the space a lot and was ready to apply until I realized there is no AC or cold temperature control :( is there anything to be done about that? I’m assuming probably not." Me on January 14th at 6:45 pm: "Hey there! We actually just accepted an application. Thank you for your interest though." You on January 14th 10:13pm: "Ok thanks funny I had decided I was willing to work with it but you just never had responded so I was waiting til tomorrow to call you again what a shame." I understand that timing can be frustrating, especially when you’ve found a space you like, but unfortunately, the unit became unavailable while you were still deciding.
