My gosh, Fred, I must have missed the notification you had left this review. Thank you so much! This was a long project bringing your condo to market, as it had tenants of whom you were very fond who had to be counseled and coached to move on to another rental property. They are great people, & worked hard to make it happen so you could sell the condo. Persistence paid off, as it usually does, and I was fortunate to sell your home for cash at full price on the first day of showing!
