    Patricia- I'm so sorry your feel this way. After our phone call a couple weeks ago, I am still confused why you are unhappy with my service. After the two cleaning companies, I apologize they still did not meet your cleaning standards. On failing to inform you about the condo assessment, we knew the monthly fees were going to be increased ( you met with the condo manager & we had many conversations & texts regarding the increase) but here was no way for me to know that your sale in JULY would add new assessments in NOVEMBER. You are now on the condo board that approved this new increase. You mentioned gossip from neighbors as a reason I should of known something I had no way of being party to. You seem to assume the other agent knew something & did not disclose it to us, Im not sure how they could of known about the additional assessment that happened in November. They did share about the monthly fee increase & you at the time felt it was still worth it to move forward with the sale. I really wish I had a crystal ball for all my clients. I did multiple walk throughs before & after the close of escrow to meet with your contractors for flooring & HVAC. I wish you had reached out sooner so I could of addressed your concerns. My clients satisfaction is a priority to me. I am happy to hear that you love you new home even with the additional fees. Best wishes.
