I was Contacted though Zillow about a house she wanted to see. I asked about financing and she was doing a USDA or FHA loan that requires a HUD inspection. When a customer is doing a government subsidized loan there is an inspection to make sure it is livable standards. I did not want to waist her time and show her houses that would not qualify for the loan she was getting. I will work with any price range as my last closing on Zillow will show. I will always be honest with my customers.
