Inspected a home I was interested in in NC 28304.ResponsivenessPriceWork qualityPunctuality$8,200 in repairs on serious STRUCTURAL DAMAGE that NEW LEAF IGNORED!! Inspector (Artie) noticed possible termite/water damage on some trim in a front bedroom....but didn't bother to inspect the cause of the damage!
