In July of 2016, my husband and I went out on a limb and became real estate investors.  We specialize in purchasing homes in poor condition in the Cedar Rapids area and completely renovate them for resale.  My specialty is overseeing the entire make over process. When complete, each home has it's own unique look and all of our homes are move in ready.
