Never did or offered to do any open houses. in 6 months only showed the house 1 time. Dan, I wanted to thank you for taking your time to write a review and to apologize that you feel that I did not do a good job in selling your fiancé’s house. I noticed a few things that were incorrect and I thought I should respond. I left all the paperwork with your fiancé whose house it was on the day I met with her and signed the listing papers, you were not present at that time. My assistant was there on the weekend of listing at 10pm to add the literature to the box, and in my records I had communicated over 40x via phone, email, and text. The reason we did not have showings early on is your finance's house was listed at a price that proved to be too high for the current market place. Finally upon listening to my advice and lowering the list price I reduced the commission over 14%. Upon closing due to the home owner being short to pay the mortgage off and expenses to close again I agreed to give up the $395 closing fee, which I have to pay my Broker out of pocket the difference.
