As we discussed in our initial phone conversation, the sellers of this property required a pre-qualification for all buyers prior to showing. While you said that you would bring this with you to the showing, you failed to do so. Despite this I went ahead and showed you the property. We spent over 2 hours looking through every detail of the house, grounds, and outbuildings. I made sure to point out details that were of interest to you, your wife, and daughter. Part of a realtor’s job is to determine a client’s ability to afford a property whether it is $70,000 or $700,000. If you were expecting me to "sell" you on the house than perhaps I wasn't the best fit for you because that isn’t what I do. I provide the best information possible and let you make the decision about what best meets your needs. All the best to you and your family in your home search!
