I value my customers and deliver PROVEN RESULTS. This is how the transaction took place… Nancy & her real estate Team listed the house with promises to jump into action and that is exactly what happened! Within the first month, our custom brochure with professional advertising was produced and distributed to over 6,000 people…as PROMISED! The Nancyknows Team appointment desk called ahead and confirmed EVERY appointment… Every showing was personally accompanied…NO lockboxes! The Tenants were paying below market rent, and the mo.-to-mo. Tenant opted to move for a long-term lease. Most showings were 3-5 days between appts. WITHIN 2 months we secured a HIGH offer, $10k MORE than Seller requested… a CASH offer and Nancy negotiated a short inspection period + a GUARANTEED closing! Closing was SUCCESSFUL and on time.
