Thanks for sharing your story so others can read about your situation and have hope for a happy ending after 2 years. The relocation assistance money was delayed but I was not going to allow them to forget about it! It's important to know that this case was all too typical. Other had made promises that could not be kept because they didn't know the rules associated with the loan. The single point of contact at the bank is not educated on anything except how to keep their nose clean & stay employed. Fha loans are great to help people buy homes and if bad things happen, the program is well rounded to also give counseling to see if they can continue to own, sell or deed the house back like in this case.
