Only downside of the experience is she Will not negotiate for you and will get you to pay listed price instead of negotiating the price down some.

HI Sharee, I'm both surprised and disappointed to hear that you feel this way. The fact of the matter is that I did negotiate for you. Our initial offer was less than list price and after some back and forth, the seller made it clear that she would not sell for less than that. This happens quite often, which I did explain to you. I advised you as well, of the fact that the price was supported by the comparables. I certainly was not trying to talk you into anything and made it clear (I thought) that if you were not comfortable paying list price, you could walk away and we could continue to look for a home for you and your family. I have built my reputation as a broker on negotiating for my buyers so they never pay more than they have to and certainly not more than the property is worth. I stand behind my opinion that even at list price, the house you purchased was well worth it. Best of luck to you!
