He has come in on several "Mold Issues" in my listings after a Buyer's Inspection has found possible mold, and inspected. Yes, mold was discovered and treated and one can also have the air quality tested by a third party (he does the collecting of the samples' of air) and gets a thorough report of the process! There have been times that the mold blackness has been so bad and yet after the treatment, one can go back and the wood/surface treated looks brand new! Cost depends on size of home.
