    Minh helped me find a townhouse to rent in 2015, and I just signed a two year lease with him. He is great to work with and is very responsive to my needs. When there have been issues, he is prompt in responding and dealing with my concerns.

    I rented a room from Minh in his house. I have rented from several places in my life. This was honestly the best place that I have ever rented from. The house & neighborhood was very quiet & conducive to study. Which is what I needed.
