Hi Bryan! I’m sorry you feel you had a bad experience with my service during the sale of your home. I've been helping people buy and sell real estate for 17 years, serving hundreds of sellers and buyers in many communities and I always strive to provide the best possible experience for our clients. Clearly, I have failed you along the way and I apologize. I admin 9 different Facebook groups that I use to come from contribution and truly help people during the process - a first time home buyer's page, a move-up buyer's page, a page featuring school districts, etc. No one wants to look at a real estate agent's page. From day 1 your listing was on these pages. It's hard for me to see issues your house may have during my 10 minute walk-through when listing the property, but the market saw them after the property was vacated - that dictated the price. I'm glad 25 appointments were made and I generated the 1 offer to sell at market value for you. I wish you and your family the best!
