Interesting that you chose to post a review 1 1/2 years after I leased your home. My cell phone number is on all my marketing and although I forward my phone to my office when I go on a listing, I personally return calls for anyone who wishes to speak with me. I employ an exceptional staff who are each extremely capable and I've received nothing but compliments on their work ethic. In fact, Lada pulled 28 pages of email correspondence between the two of you and never found an instance when you were unhappy with our service.
