    Will had a particularly difficult challenge for selling his property. He was living out of state and the parcel he wanted to sell required a good deal of fact gathering and due diligence in order to properly represent the property. After several conversations and clarifications gained by my research, I was able to determine how to market Will's property and find a buyer.
