I apologize for your upset as, despite your insistence and demands, I was not the listing agent for this property and I could not answer all of your questions to your satisfaction. As I explained, houses at this price point have all matter of issues and are not usually suitable for living in absent a major renovation. I also apologize that you took offense when I suggested that you call the listing agent themselves (who could answer all of your questions).
