    I apologize that you feel that way. However I feel this is an unfair review. I have multiple Multiple multiple text messages with your husband (who had instructed me to deal mostly with him with communication). I always answered him and if I did not know the answer I always found out same day. I did not place blame on anyone at any time, simply just gave updates as to what was required of your VA underwriter requirements and their time frames were not in my control. The only deadline we didn’t meet was the closing date and it was simply due to VA requirements requested. I apologize for not answering my phone calls to you at midnight and 6 am in the morning as those are times I am unavailable in the middle of the night . But I always called or texted and responded answers to your questions to your husband which was what I was instructed to do, which put me in an uncomfortable situation and now in a situation where you have left me an unfair review.
