    Alison approached me through Zillow. She wanted to be toured through a home within a few minutes with no prior notice. When I got her on the phone. I introduced myself. The first thing she told me was, “I have a realtor that I’ve signed up with in Phoenix. They would handle the sale and all I want you to do is to show me this home. Actually, I have several other homes that I want you let me into as well. I told her that I was not available on such short notice and that I could not work with her because she was signed up with another realtor. Alison said, “yes, but my realtor is in Phoenix and does not want to come up to the white mountains and show me homes.” I said well they’ll either have to tour you or they will have to refer you to an agent up here who will handle the transaction. Otherwise myself and the other agents up here will not be able to help you. Allison started getting very upset. She said, “I get to choose the realtor. I want to let me in these homes.” And I said yes you do, and you chose a realtor in Phoenix so they will have to come up here with you or refer you to an agent here. There’s nothing I can do for you until then. I am a 40 year plus Realtor and a retired mortgage banker. Ethics and honor are very important to me if you call me and tell me you are contracted with another agent who’s going to handle the transaction. I am not going to proceed or try to talk you into dropping them for me that would be unethical. I will do as I did in this case which is to refer you back to your realtor so they can handle the transaction as they fit. Alison is the type of entitled personality that expects everyone to jump when she snaps her fingers. She has no respect for the truth, other people, or their time and money. She literally expected a realtor or two to drop everything they were doing for the next two days or so and drive them around and let them into homes, knowing that they were not going to get any reimbursement whatsoever for their time, or gas much less the commission from the sale. Even though Alison has a realtor in Phoenix. Her realtor does not have access to the MLS up here in the White mountains. So she sent Alison up here to have another agent take her through the homes and then she would have her friend, the realtor in Phoenix who she’s contracted with write the purchase offer. If you’re a Karin, like Alison. please do not call me.

    Michael did a great job helping me with my Va loan and getting a house. I am a disabled vet and very picky when it comes to things like this. I wouldn’t trust anyone else when looking at a property in the white mountains.
