I hate to see anyone have a bad experience when purchasing a home. The buyer for this house actually wrote 2 offers on the home. The first offer did not go through because she had concerns about the condition of the home. She came back and wrote another offer 5 months later for almost $60,000 less than her initial offer because of repairs and upgrades that were needed. After the buyer had inspections done I asked if she would like to submit an inspection response. Her response to me was that overall the inspection came back okay and she knew there were some things she was going to have to do. I can only wish I received the agreed upon commission. To make this deal work I agreed to cut my commission to make the deal work for the buyers and the sellers. One upside to this is that we were able to sell her home for significantly more than what she had purchased it for, and in one day as well! Again, I am sorry for the bad experience.
