Mr. English has been the Manager for this property for five years and has always maintained a 100% occupancy rating. No promises of any unit was made to the applicant. No holding deposit was accepted and we have no signed lease agreement. However, we were told by the applicant that they were no longer interested in the unit because the request for an upgrade was not going to be met. ? In regard to Mr. English’s schedule and availability, he manages five properties in the Greater LA area. He is responsible for vendors, owners, and over 100 tenants but maintains regular office hours. He is always quick to respond within 24 hours. It is unfortunate this applicant had a bad experience with our application process.We appreciate any applicants making us part of their apartment search.
