Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2017 in Alamogordo, NM.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsWas only on time one time out of several meeting. Did not keep us abreast on current situations. Did not attempt requests abc therefore negotiations were one sided.

Dear M. H., After the successful sale of your home 8 months ago, I'm saddened to hear now that you were less than satisfied. As you know, I had a family member in an accident at the time and I was driving back and forth to El Paso everyday while he was on life support. Negotiations on the contract were completed as quickly as possible around hospital visits. I always strive to maintain professionalism and a reputation for excellence, which is why the once out of the two times we met in person, I was running 10 minutes late, I did call you to let you know so you would not have to wonder. Also, communication was made difficult by the lack of returned phone calls, emails, and text messages sent to you by myself, the title company, and my broker. I am sorry you feel that you had a less than stellar experience and I wish you the best on all future endeavors. ~Melanie
