Johnny Goodwin aka Dustin Mack - this is a false review. I had already communicated to your agent on Friday, Nov 24th the landlord's decision to process the 1st application that was submitted on Nov 21. Your application was sent by your agent on Nov 22nd. Additionally, it was also communicated to your agent that the landlord had not made any decision as they were still processing the 1st application - there was an issue with that application and the landlord wanted to give that applicant ample time to resolve the issue and move forward with signing the lease. It was Thanksgiving (holiday) weekend and there were delays on processing the application and getting everyone on the same page due to the issue with the 1st application. Additionally, you have directly communicated with me under an assumed name of Johnny Goodwin while you have your own agent. And I gave you the same info even when you contacted me under your assumed name of Johnny Goodwin.
