Unfortunately, I did break a platter during the course of performing a home inspection for my client who is not this reviewer. Perhaps it should not have been left sitting on the edge of a kitchen counter where it had to be moved to view countertops and test electrical outlets. That being said, a replacement for the $40 platter was very difficult to find as it is no longer manufactured. The complainant was informed that I was searching. When I had found one and approved the replacement before it was ordered. They were then provided with proof of purchase. Since the complainant was moving and I did not know how long delivery would take I had the item shipped to me. Although here was some confusion in getting the item to them as they would not provide me a new address it has been delivered. This situation was awkward at worst and took longer than anyone would like to have resolved. The statement that I ignored them is false and has nothing to do with the quality of my Home Inspections and my If We Missed it We will Fix it 100 day inspection guarantee.
