    Honestly, I went to view a home on Krystal Way in Phx, AZ that she was showing and it was by far one of the worst showings I have ever experienced. The home was very run down, the house looked dirty, carpet wasn't in the best shape, walls were LITERA...

    First of all I am NOT a real estate agent and I wasn't " selling" the property. I am the owner of the house I was showing; and I told people who came to view it that it was not rent ready. I was simply giving people a chance to preview the house before any work was done. I don't live in the area and don't get a chance to show it very often . Nevertheless I rented the house right away. I always work with my tenants to assure that they are satisfied. I have good happy tenants .
