Work in the contract to be done: remove and replace with appropriate molding and walkways flooring in kitchen ( he removed it damaging a few cabinets in the process, and has not replaced it) remove and replace kitchen nook walls, remove and replace crown molding, paint, and wainscoting a crown molding (unfinished, and what was done was done poorly). Remove and replace lighting (unfinished) remove replace portion of the roof (untouched). More to say. If there was a way I'd gladly post pictures!!!
