Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback Hiroyo. I understand your feelings about the process that you have been through over the past 18 months. I have had several new construction sales over the past year and almost every one has had a number of construction defects and builder delays, the likes of which I have never seen in my 14 years in real estate. I have never seen it take 18 months to build a villa, and I hope that never happens to anyone else. To be fair, it was the builder that was threatening you with $200/day fees if closing was delayed, I only emailed to remind you of that. I am very proud of everything that we do to go above and beyond for every one of our customers, and I’m sorry that you feel we did not meet your expectations.
