I want to preface this response with 35 positive reviews and 20+ years without one bad review over 500 homes in sold multiple states. In these times do we really need this kind of slander/attacks? Transaction went well with only couple minor bumps from lender and the buyer looking to start issues so sad! Krystal has a lot of opinions of how a sale goes even though her first I suspect outside influence from others with no insight of what details of deal were This seller had multiple offers and repairs were not a negotiation "as is sale" Buyer asked for repairs and did not get what she wanted from that point on the transaction went south. Krystal had the opportunity to cancel multiple times if she was not happy. Seller had to go out of the country and forgot to leave key with listing agent the only person with access to the home for walk-thru The only delays were caused by the buyer selected lender 12 days late approving loan
