I’m truly sorry to hear about your frustrations and that your experience with me did not meet your expectations. Selling a home can be incredibly stressful, and I understand how important it is to feel supported during that time. I deeply regret that my personal circumstances during this period contributed to your dissatisfaction. During the time we were working together, I was unexpectedly admitted to the ER and awaiting emergency surgery, which caused significant disruptions to my usual workflow. To make matters more challenging, my new assistant had only been on the job for two days, and was unprepared to help. I know this affected the level of service you received. I take full responsibility for any for not providing the support you needed during such a critical time. I strive to provide the best service possible, and I sincerely regret that this was not reflected in your experience. While I’m grateful for the many positive reviews I’ve received from clients who’ve had successful transactions, I understand that your experience was different, and for that, I apologize. Please know that I am committed to learning from this and improving my service going forward.
