Thank goodness for that ice storm when schools & some businesses were shut down, thus allowing you to travel 3 hours in the storm to view the home! What a crazy market, but because of your diligence to do what needed to be done to seal the deal, you did it! I realize your work has just begun, but enjoy the process of remodeling & your walks to the beach! It was fun getting to know your entire family, including that adorable puppy! It was my pleasure working with you and your family on the sale of your mom's home. It's never easy for the siblings to sort thru the personal belongings, but it gives the opportunity to reminisce about those times sitting at the kitchen table with mom, or finding an old picture that only your mom knows who it is!
