Oh, my, you make me want to cry. I knew what an emotional journey this would be, having had to sell my mother's Denver home. It's so hard with all those memories wrapped up in every room, every piece of everything you have to touch and make a decision about: keep, auction, give to Goodwill, or discard. The "trash" part is the very worst! I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to walk this journey with you. Your dear mama and dad would be proud, I think, of the price we were able to get, and the refurbished, sparkling life the new owners will bring to their remodeling project.
