I am always available through voice, text or email. If there was a time I wasn't able to answer a legal question, I referred this seller to their attorney, which is the attorney’s specialty and why an attorney is engaged in the process early on, they know the legal nuances of the buy/sell process and work to protect your interest. Closing dates are controlled by the lenders and the title company. The lender changed financing resulting in the buyers request to seller (reviewer) to pay the $4000 in closing costs, which the seller agreed to. This change contributed to the delay in closing. The MLS rules state commission is based on the price the day the contract is written .I worked very hard to sell this home. I take pride in my work. This was a difficult process for everyone, I appreciate your constructive feedback & I better understand the value you place on schedule & timeliness. My sincere apologies for any negative impact that may be perceived.
