Thank you Rebecca for your review. Your parents were very dear to us and trusted completely on our professionalism. I would like to clear that your sister didn't show the home. It was appointment only to having 5 dogs, cat, iguana. She or someone at home stayed to secure the animals. That was when other agents showed the home. I personally was present when I showed the home to my clients. There were no Open Houses due to the animals in the home. Someone needed to secure them. The home sold very quickly at sales price. Your sister requested a 60 days escrow. It was a smooth transactions "As Is" condition.
