I am disappointed, but not surprised, that you have chosen to publish these untruths, as you took issues with most parties involved in your transactions. It is unfortunate that although the details of your contract and your obligations were explained to you thoroughly and repeatedly by myself, my team leader, your attorney, and your intermediary for your 1031 exchange, you still made the choice to default on your condo purchase agreement. I understand you were challenged throughout the process with remembering discussions, details, finding emails and other paperwork provided, or following up on important tasks, and as a result I tripled my efforts and communications, and kept records of every communication. As I explained to you when I handed you your keys through your car window, I am sorry that you had an issue with your POD delivery; unfortunately, that is beyond my control. Lastly, a simple search of sales data in the community of your home purchase will show that you paid a fair market value, completely consistent with other sales of that time period.
