This couple was a great example of a WIN-WIN-WIN situation. They were referred to me by a trusted lender Brady Day ,owner of First Class Mortgage (win #1.) They had tried to sell a couple of years earlier and market couldn't regain enough equity to move forward but we were able to get it sold in a short period of time with the upswing in the market so they could look for a home,(Win#2) and I have visited them a few times in their home away from the city on small acreage where they now relax and watch nature verses traffic in town. Final win #3. REWARDING FOR ALL. THANKS TO ALL INVOLVED IN GETTING THEM TO THEIR DREAM.
