I am sorry that these sellers were so dissatisfied despite the fact that I sold their house in 3 days for 100% of the asking price at a reduced commission. Yes, I did strongly encourage them to repair many things for the buyers but that is simply good business because it is far easier to save an existing deal than to generate a whole new one . Finally, while it is accurate that they hired an attorney to get the deal closed, this was actually because I told them to do this because we had a very complicated situation that had major legal implications.
