My client Ronald Valladares did call me concerned that his payments had gone up and I explained to him that the mortgage payments can go up if the taxes or insurance goes up. He was very upset and did not understand why his payments had gone up. I explained that since values have gone up the taxes would go up. I sent him some insurance company names to call to see if that would help lower his insurance and he still did not understand. Sorry I was not able to help you.
